  1. Special Terms and Conditions

1.1. X Drops Club is a rewards program offered by OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi (“OKX TR”) under the OKX TR User Framework Agreement. Under this program, users may earn selected tokens (“Rewards”) by holding certain digital assets (“Eligible Tokens”) in their trading accounts, provided that they meet the asset thresholds specified for such Eligible Tokens. The Eligible Tokens and the corresponding asset thresholds will be specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant X Drops Club campaign.

1.2. Conditions of Participation:

Users are required to click the “Join Now” button on the landing page in order to participate in the campaign. Once the user has successfully joined the campaign, this button will change to “Joined”.

  1. Only users who have completed OKX TR identity verification using a Republic of Türkiye Identity Card may participate in this campaign. Users must complete identity verification on the www.tr.okx200.com website or via the OKX TR mobile application.

  2. 1.3.Each X Drops Club campaign has a specific start date and end date (the "Promotion Period"). Please review the latest X Drops Club FAQ page for the applicable Promotion Period.

  3. 1.4. Only eligible OKX TR customers will be able to participate in this rewards program. Please refer to the specific eligibility requirements in the latest X Drops Club FAQ page.

  4. 1.5. In order to receive the Rewards, you need to hold Eligible Tokens with the required assets in your trading accounts, where applicable. Please review the latest X Drops Club FAQ page for details regarding how we calculate assets on platform for purposes of eligibility. You agree that you are bound by the relevant campaign terms and conditions where the campaign-specific terms are detailed, including but not limited to those terms regarding interest (APY calculation methodologies).

  5. 1.6. Rewards shall accrue daily and actual Rewards distributed will be based on portfolio snapshots of eligible assets in your trading account. Rewards will be automatically distributed to your trading account based on snapshot(s) taken of your portfolio at a random time during the final hour before each drop (the "Snapshot Period") on the relevant day before 00:00 UTC. Distribution will occur following reward calculations and the completion of OKX TR’s risk control review.

  6. 1.7. In the event that the Eligible Tokens in your trading account fall below the required asset threshold, you will cease to be eligible for the Rewards unless and until you reach the relevant asset threshold again, provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.

  7. 1.8. All applicable taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.

General Terms and Conditions

2.1. Users who visit the campaign page and participate in this campaign shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Only main accounts may participate in the campaign; participation via sub-accounts is not allowed, and any transactions carried out through sub-accounts and any assets held in sub-accounts shall not be taken into consideration for the purposes of satisfying the campaign participation requirements.

2.3. Each user may participate in only one new user campaign. New user campaigns are only open to users who have never executed any transactions on the platform prior to participating in the relevant campaign.

2.4. OKX TR will closely monitor the behaviour of campaign participants throughout the campaign period in order to prevent any and all bad faith conduct and fraud, including but not limited to wash trading or other fictitious transactions aimed at increasing volume to obtain more rewards or to manipulate reward distribution in any manner, bulk account opening, fraudulent or sham buy-sell transactions, collusive arrangements, opening multiple accounts and other activities connected with illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. OKX TR reserves the right to disqualify and exclude from the campaign, without prior notice, any participant who is suspected of engaging or is determined to have engaged in fraudulent behaviour.

2.5. This campaign does not constitute investment advice and should not be interpreted as such. No return or profit is promised or guaranteed under this campaign in any manner whatsoever.

2.6. Risk Reminder: The value of digital assets is speculative and highly volatile, may at any time become illiquid, and is suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance. The value of your investments may fluctuate, and you may lose the entire amount of your investment. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. 2.7. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, may fluctuate significantly from time to time. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in the value of your assets at any given time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time when a participant becomes entitled to such reward may differ from its value at the time when the reward is distributed to the participant and from its value at the time when the winning user executes a withdrawal.

2.8. OKX TR reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the campaign and to amend all terms and conditions, including but not limited to the participation requirements, the conditions for earning any reward or gift, the types and amounts of any rewards or gifts and the campaign schedule, as well as to interpret and decide on the Campaign Terms and Conditions, the rules and all other matters related to the campaign. All participants shall be subject to the latest updated version of the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

2.9. OKX TR always takes its regulatory compliance obligations seriously and at all times complies with the requirements of local regulators. You are required to comply with all applicable laws and relevant regulations of your country or region.
